Online registration for the 2023 Stop, Drop & Run is now closed. If you would like to participate in this year’s race, you can still register in person starting at 7:30 am at the fire department. Hope to see you at the start line!

Register by Sunday (October 8th) by 11:59pm to be guaranteed a shirt on race day. We do order some extras to account for people who register in the last few days, but why risk not having a shirt waiting for you in your bag?

With just under 2 weeks until race day on October 8th, we want to introduce you to your three newest firefighter-themed obstacles this year. Signup today to battle your way through the 25 obstacles we have planned for you this year.

Monkey Business – Sometimes you need to make it from one location to the other and your only option is to climb across the rungs of a ladder. You asked for upper body obstacles…and we delivered.

Whiplash – Those hose lines aren’t going to move themselves. Prepare for some more upper body exercises as you whip hoses straight off the back of a firetruck.

Charlotte’s Web – Crawling through a building is no easy feat, especially when there are downed wires creating entanglement risks. Can you find your way through without getting caught?

After two years of not having the Stop, Drop & Run, adding two obstacles just didn’t seem to be enough. So we said…let’s have three! Stay tuned to our Facebook and Instagram pages for hints and announcements about these new obstacles.
