The Stop, Drop & Run 5k, held on October 15th, features a standard 5K road race along with a Firefighter Themed Obstacle Course. This race is open to all ages and skills levels. Participants in the obstacle course will battle their way through 20 firefighter themed obstacles that will challenge your strength, stamina, and team work.
